The plumber that came to our house was thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. They were sent by our home insurance company after another plumbing company failed to do the job right. We are delighted to have found M & M.
This plumber was referred to us by our Home Warranty Service (HMS). We had a leak coming from the On/Off Value from the main line coming into the house. A bit of an emergency. I called this company on Saturday morning and got a recording giving their hours of operation and saying Saturday was by appointment only. I left a message expecting to at least get a call back to schedule an appointment. I have called five more time since and have still heard nothing back but, I can recite the damn recording word-for-word. Very unprofessional!! I ended calling our warranty service back and was given another service provider who immediately contacted me and an appointment was made. I cannot believe that Angie's List highly recommends M&M Plumbing - they suck as a professional company. I would recommend them to an enemy. And after reading a previous review I'm glad it changed plumbers. I'd hate to my house flooded after they make things worse.
As the general consensus states. I called 3 times today after a referral from my home warranty. Apparently they are always away from their desk or assisting other customers. I doubt it's the latter.
I asked for a new referral.
Horrible place to do business. They do not answer nor return calls.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BAD COMPANY
