I was impressed wirh my first visit to the MedStar Medical Group at Honeygo. I was attended to in a timely fashion. The staff was friendly and very professional and my physician was thorough and left no stone overturned.
I waited months for a derm appointment and the doctor called out sick the day of. They said they would call back to get me in another time but never called. I called to make another appointment and they are making me wait 6 months. I'll be going to a different practice.
I dare you to try to get a hold of someone by phone at this location, 2 hours and 30 mins on hold trying to get simple requests through.
Go somewhere else. You'll get better service. Booked an appointment online and when I got there, they said they didn't have me scheduled. They sent me home with a stack of paperwork to fill out and return and scheduled my 2nd attempt for an appointment with a nurse practitioner (no doctor available I suppose). The appointment was scheduled months out and as my appointment got closer, they cancelled on me (said the nurse was on vacation). On my 3rd attempt, I just got left on hold on the phone.
My Dr Jeffrey cool he is pretty cool very nice doctor well-educated some reason I did not like his nurse very mean very rude have a major attitude problem Dr need too change that nurse
