Quick, friendly service and reasonable prices. All my favorite flavors...(but NO cinnamon donuts!) Still: close convenient location & fast in-and-out drivethru service make it a top choice.
An experience with a terrible worker behind the register this morning finally prompted me to leave a review though. He didn't say 'good morning', 'hello', or 'hi'. Nothing. Just waited for me to say what I wanted. He didn't have any plans to ask me, it seemed. No comments on what I owed or how I planned to pay. I guess I was just supposed to look at the terminal and swipe my card. He crumpled up my receipt immediately after it printed. Didn't offer it to me - nice touch. I only bought a large black iced coffee. Good luck ordering anything more complicated than that and the worker either 1) not screwing it up or 2) making you feel like garbage because of his or her attitude.
Gotten 3 wrongs orders in a row. It's like they are deaf. Always have coffee grinds in the coffee. Always put me in a bad mood whenever I go.
I wouldn't attempt to use a coupon or any kind of promotion at this location. You'd be asking for trouble.
This location consistently disappoints. I never leave feeling good. This applies to visits both before the remodel/management change and after.
Very bad customer service always waiting ten minutes just for the cashier to get done doing other jobs that they're not suppose to be tending to and employees are always getting the orders wrong. Also the bald foreign guy that supposely is the owner is always rude to me whenever i come in.
Decent employees don't look at customers ordering a box of munchkins as if someone just asked them for a $1000 loan and a ride to the airport. That said, I get it. Hardly anyone wants to work and most people would like more money. But, this is your job. Do it, and, at minimum, try not to be a jerk.
The young gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and polite. I accidentally left my two cell phones. When I return he had took my cell phones and place them in the office for me. I was so relieved. Great service!
I don't need your apathy and discontentment. Just the coffee.
